Residents this week slammed 'ridiculous' proposals for a Government-funded scheme to link towns in Cornwall – using a cable car.
The planned network would see a series of carriages travel along a high wire between The Eden Project, Par and St Austell.
It was recommended by a member of the public who suggested that the system could replace the need for cars in the area.
