SALTASH library will celebrate the arrival of new manager Niki Barton by organising a weekly speaker. Former manager Julie Distin has become Area Operational Manager for West Cornwall. The library will begin the series of speakers on February 15, starting at 11am. Also planned for this year the library will be holding activities for children, their parents and grand parents to bridge the gap between the generations, encouraging them to learn together and from each other. This is in connection with the great reading adventure when every year between January and March people read the same book at the same time. This year the book is 'Around the World in 80 Days' by Jules Verne.
