Saltash Police Community Support Officer Kirsty Down has won a major national award recognising her skills on social media. She was named ‘best tweeting PCSO’ at the Police Twitter Awards yesterday. PCSO Down has nearly 11,000 followers of her account, @SaltashPCSO.
