A blind man is calling for changes to be made to a controversial traffic scheme in Liskeard after he was nearly run over by a car forced to mount the pavement.
Mark Anthony, who has very limited sight and is registered as blind, was walking along the pavement on Castle Street when a car narrowly missed his guide cane.
