MUSICIANS and singers came together in a joint concert to raise £800 for Cots for Tots, a charity providing accommodation for the families of babies being treated at Bristol Hospital.

The Westernairs and the Looe Valley Singers were inspired by little Hugo Neville, of Liskeard, who was born with cystic fibrosis and had to undergo surgery just after he was born.

Hugo is now an active toddler and loves nothing more than Peppa Pig and playing with his friends.

The support offered by Cots for Tots during the difficult early weeks of his life was vital for his family, said his grandma Stephanie Trendall.

‘It enabled Hugo and his family to bond and be together in those traumatic early weeks,’ said Stephanie.
