With Met Office forecasts of more strong winds and heavy rain due to affect Cornwall over the coming hours, Cornwall Fire and Rescue Service is warning residents and visitors to be prepared and take precautions where necessary.

In the last few hours the service has dealt with multiple incidents for flooded properties and dangerous structures blowing in the wind.

In Gunnislake, Delaware Road was partially blocked for a time due to a fallen tree near the A390.

On the A30 eastbound between Temple and Fivelanes, one lane was blocked due to a fallen tree.
