Mythical monsters and outlandish beasts are taking over the Eden Project this Halloween for two spooktacular weeks of devilish delights, from October 19 to November 3.

Visitors can meet some very unusual creatures from around the world including a Cornish Sea Serpent, adorable baby dragons and the loveable Giant Beast.

Other eerie activities include venturing into a spooky woodland clearing to see what might be loitering inside; taking on the terrifying Creepy Hollow challenge by putting your hand into ghastly tree trunks to see what horrors might be lurking inside; Spooky tales by Eden Storytellers and there will be web-weaving workshops for guests to make spine-tingling spider webs and find out more about these eight-legged creatures.

Rounding up the Halloween delights is The Little Monsters’ Ball, on Saturday October 26. Families can dance like Dracula or groove on down like a ghost for a fun fancy dress evening, including spine-tingling discos, ghoulish grub and an ice rink that will chill to the bone. The Little Monsters’ Ball takes place from 6pm to 9pm and costs £8 with an additional charge for ice skating. Bookings are recommended.

All Halloweden activities, apart from the Little Monsters’ Ball and ice skating, are included free as part of Eden admission.
