Retallack Aqua Park will be helping to make a splash for the Merlin MS Centre this September as it opens the site to the charity which supports people living with a neurological condition.

The event takes place on September 2 at the Retallack Aqua Park, Winnards Perch, near St Columb.

For £15 per person, which includes a burger and chips, teams of eight are invited to compete against each other over a variety of water-based obstacles including a giant trampoline, catapult, waterwheel, ’stepping stones’ climbing wall, slides, blast bags, challenging balance beams and more.

Tamsin Chapman, event manager for the charity said: ’This is the ideal opportunity to get your family or work colleagues together for some competitive fun while at the same time raising money for a good cause.’

Entrants on the day will be able to compete against each other for the fastest time, best fancy dress (optional) and highest sponsorship (optional). There will be medals available for all entrants and trophies for category winners thanks to sponsorship from Biffa Cornwall on the day.

Children age six upwards can take part but children under 11 must be accompanied by an adult on a ratio of a maximum of three under 11s to one over 18.
