Davies Turner Air Cargo caused the major upset last week by inflicting Pensilva Veterans first defeat since the start of the competition beating them 2-1. Pensilva were without their star striker and found it difficult to produce the goals that they have been on previous weeks.

This gave Sports Hall Wanderers the top spot after they beat off a gutsy performance from Lux Park.

The Ploughboy stayed on the heals of the top two teams though by notching up a 4-0 win over DDFC with some candidates for goal of the season from Rob Adams.

The other fixtures saw the Barley Sheaf and Peoples Front of Judea and Dragons against Stonegate play out 0-0 draws.

Safeway took the points against Dilbert Kickers running out 1-0 winners.
