Spring is certainly on the way, as sailing returned to Looe Bay on Saturday. The brushes were dusted off and paint and varnish applied ready to slide into the water for another busy season. A new addition to the safety fleet was launched before the first race – a 5.5-metre Humber RIB, purchased by a generous grant of £10,000 from 'Our Money Your Dream', a Youth Opportunity Fund run by panels of young people throughout Cornwall.
