Inspection of

uneven paving

AN inspection has been made of uneven paving in Liskeard town centre - this by Liskeard town councillors, with concerns passed on to county council officers.

At the town council's monthly meeting on Tuesday, county councillor for the town, Mike Gillbard, said that 40-50 'gaps' in paving etc had been identified.

These were to be mapped in order to establish priorities, and therefore which areas are to be repaired.

He stressed a lack of county council funds to carry out all the repairs.

When priorities have been agreed it is likely that they will be carried out to coincide with bollard replacements on the Parade.
