The Liskeard men's 'A' team reached the final of the County League Championship for the first time in 80 years.

In the semi-final at Bodmin, in a thrilling match against the favourites Carnon Downs, they overcame a team made up of Middleton Cup stars to win by two shots on the last bowl of the game.
