The Cornish Times received a letter from Alex Battershill by email, it said:
"Justin Leigh’s article on which car although very good, missed hybrid cars which self charge.
"I have recently bought a 2017 Toyota Yaris hybrid registered in March thus I pay zero tax and it is in EV mode around Saltash.
"He should do a follow up article when he has tested a hybrid."
