The Cornish Times received a letter from Keith Smith via email which said:

"I’m writing to congratulate Oak Tree Surgery on the massive improvement with its COVID/Flu vaccination clinic today - in comparison to last Saturday’s delays.

"I was one of those that complained about the waiting time and delays patients experienced last Saturday.

"Today, a lot slicker system. I was 25 minutes from arriving to departing. Well done all."
