Residents and visitors are being encouraged to shop in Truro city centre until up to 8pm through a late-night shopping initiative put forward by Truro’s Business Improvement District (BID).
Truro Summer Nights will give people a chance to spend an evening in the city every Wednesday throughout August and enjoy shopping, something to eat and drink and some street entertainment.
People can also park for free in Cornwall Council long-stay car parks in Truro after 4pm and Cornwall Council short-stay car parks after 5pm (which is offered seven days a week).
