Cornwall Council needs to save more than £170m in the next four years as a result of Government cuts and this means the council's combined libraries and customer services budget is being reduced by £1.526m.
The council has decided on a new single Face to Face service that will bring together libraries, One Stop Shops and the registration service.
The original proposal for Looe Library and One Stop Shop to be closed twice a week, a cut of 15 hours, has now been halved.
