Spaces are still available on the CHICKS Cornish Coast Path Walk on October 12 and 13.
The walk is led by CHICKS Regional Fundraiser Mick Ryan, who said: ’Participants always enjoy the amazing scenery on the walk, staying the weekend at our coastal retreat, and raising money for our wonderful cause.’
The 25-mile trek is from Portloe to Par, completed over the weekend. Participants can spend both Friday and Saturday nights at CHICKS’ Coastal Retreat in Tywardreath and receive an evening meal on the Saturday and breakfast on both mornings.
Entry for the walk is £40 per person, which covers accommodation, food and other organisational costs. Participants also receive a CHICKS T-shirt and support from backup vehicles. Once registered, participants are encouraged to raise as much money in sponsorship as possible for CHICKS.
