NEVER one to let the dust gather LISKEARD'S Jewson South Western League manager Chris Burchell has quickly filled the gap left by assistant manager Jeff Bennett who has left for Saltash.
He is delighted to report that John Hillson will become his new managerial partner.
Hillson was formerly Paul Stephens assistant at Millbrook although both recently resigned after an excellent three seasons in charge of the Mill Park club.
"John has turned down a few approaches to join us and we are delighted as his experience will be invaluable", said the Blues boss.
"The job they did at Millbrook is testimony enough to their ability and John is the kind of honest person we want at Liskeard".
Hillson said he was excited at the prospect of working with Chris as his enthusiasm is infectious and that hopefully together they could bring back success to Lux Park.
