Homes, parking, infrastructure and electoral divisions are on the agenda for the next Cornwall Council meeting to be held on Tuesday (July 10).

Matters up for discussion include long-term plans for the future of parking in Cornwall, and a levy on commercial development to raise funds for community infrastructure.

Councillors will consider proposals to upgrade technology so car park users can pay on exit and book a space in advance, allowing people to spend more time in town centres.

Members will also be considering an interim report from the Electoral Review Panel about Boundary Commission proposals for a new pattern of electoral wards in Cornwall to reflect a cut in the number of Cornwall councillors.

Members of the public can attend full council meetings in person at New County Hall in Truro or can watch the meeting via a live webcast.

Members of the public can also submit questions no later than midday two clear working days before the meeting.
