The heat is on for game show contestants when the hit Channel 4 show Deal or No Deal features the Eden Project tomorrow (Tuesday, December 13) as part of a national tour.

After nearly 3,000 shows recorded over 11 years in the studio, the Banker decided to take the programme and host Noel Edmonds on the road and while travelling they spent a hectic day at the home of the famous Biomes in Cornwall

Noel said he found filming in the Mediterranean Biome hot and challenging: ’I’ve never, ever walked so far while making a show. We had the player’s friends and family scattered all over the Biome – we were running upstairs and going behind palm trees and doing all sorts. The whole thing was great fun.’

Deal or No Deal launched on Channel 4 in 2005 and became a big hit, landing a number of awards. The infamous phone, 22 red boxes and The Banker bring the show out of the studio and physically to the audience as the contestant plays on location in the Eden Project for a jackpot of £250,000.

It’s on at 4pm on Channel 4.
