Joyce Redfearn, an experienced health and social care leader, has been appointed as the chair of the Cornwall and Isles of Scilly Transformation Board and convener of the local Sustainability and Transformation Plan (STP) – a five-year programme to transform local health and care services.
NHS England has asked each local health and social care system in England to work together to create an ambitious local plan to meet the triple aim set out in the NHS Five Year Forward view.
