A GP-led Covid-19 vaccination programme in East Cornwall got off to a good start today as around 700 patients received their jabs in Pensilva.
The centre at Millenium House is being run by the East Cornwall Primary Care Network (ECPN), and a small army of staff and volunteers were working hard from 5am to make sure everything went smoothly.
Pictured receiving her vaccination is Sally Allsopp, one of the priority over-80s group who were the first to be invited to the centre.
Health workers and care home staff and residents will also be attending the centre in the coming days.
