CARE home owners in South East Cornwall have been giving their views on the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and its plans for change. Changes to the way the CQC looks at paperwork and how it reports on homes, which have already come into effect this year, have caused ‘an increasing burden of bureaucracy’, says one operator.
