Cornwall Council is reminding residents to complete their household enquiry form.

 

This keeps the electoral register up-to-date and ensures residents are entitled to vote and that credit reference agencies have the correct data for credit checking and the courts for jury service summoning.

 

Completing the form is a legal requirement and failure to respond can incur a fine of up to £1000. Canvassers will be knocking on the doors of households who have not responded.
