LISKEARD'S Harriet Mitchell helped the South West Tetrathlon team to win a silver medal at the Royal Windsor Horse Show.

'It was amazing just to be there and compete,' said the talented 12-year-old Plymouth College student.

'To win a silver medal was a huge bonus and I'm really pleased.'
