Fishermen have nowhere to place rubbish almost six months after bins were removed from quays in Looe.

The town's harbour commissioners made the decision to remove the bins for a trial period at the end of last year because it was costing the organisation thousands of pounds to empty them.

The move did not go down well with the fishing community, many of whom bring back non-biodegradable rubbish they find at sea.
