After an interval of several years, Calstock Arts sees the return of acclaimed classical guitarist Alison Smith, performing a programme including transcribed works of Chopin, Debussy and George Shearing, alongside original works for the guitar by Tarrega, Mertz, Barrios and Lovelady. Highly acclaimed, Alison Smith has been described as one of the most exciting and lyrical guitarists to emerge in recent years. This concert takes place on the afternoon of Sunday, June 18.
