A PLAN to build nine homes on land adjacent to The Hawthorns at St Johns Road, Millbrook has been given conditional approval.

But before they can go ahead Colmart Developments of Kelly Bray will have to provide the planning authority with more detail on water drainage to prevent the increased risk of flooding and minimise the risk of polluting surface water and meet a number of other conditions.

The development will consist of two, three and four-bed homes.
