CALLINGTON'S Ginsters pasties were the subject of a tasting competition in Glasgow last week and Shobna Gulati, who plays Sunita in Coronation Street, was the judge. She was asked to choose between two Indian-style Cornish pasties: one produced by an Indian chef in the UK and the other by Ginsters chef Graham Cornish. In a close competition, Graham drew with Purvaiz Mohammed to claim joint honours in the Indian pasty challenge.
