On the Sunday morning, three gig clubs took part in a sailing race, the first time this has been organised by the Rame club.

The winners were Looe in the 'Ryder', with Rame Gig Club in the 'Spirit of Rame' second and St Ives in the 'Porthminster' third. Engraved glasses were presented to each crew.
