A small but influential festival in South East Cornwall is preparing to surprise music lovers this month with another eclectic line-up of future stars.

Kneedeep 2019 takes place at a secret location (revealed to ticket holders only) on August 30 and 31.

Fontaines D.C. are headlining this year following their appearance at Glastonbury. Their debut album, Dogrel, is shortlisted for the 2019 Mercury Prize.

Among the other 40-plus acts confirmed for KD19 are Flamingods, Egyptian Blue, Gently Tender, Intergalactic Republic of Congo, Martha Skye Murphy, Noods Radio, Pet Shimmers, Pinty, Rachel Chinouriri, Samuel Organ, Shygirl, Viscera, Wu-Lu, and Slugabed. In addition to music, there will be spoken word performances, poetry, workshops and interactive art.

Although selling fast, there are still a few discounted tickets available. There are also opportunities for people wanting to help with the festival build, and in other volunteer roles. For details visit kneedeepfestival.com
