The Saltash Brunel Ladies Harmony Chorus have been given a grant of £4,000 by the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation, and as a result will be offering free lessons for any ladies interested in singing four part harmony. The lessons will be held over six weekly sessions from Monday March 6 at 7.30pm at Burraton community centre where the Ladies rehearse weekly. Prospective ladies and gentlemen, who want to whet their appetites regarding harmony chorus singing, will be able to attend a concert at Saltash Guildhall on March 3 at 7.30pm. The event will be in aid of Friends of Saltash health centre defibrillator fund, the tickets being £3.50.

Featuring along with the Brunel Harmony Ladies will be The Pilgrimaires, Torpoint Ladies choir and Falmouth Glee Singers. Tickets are available through Jeanette on 01752 845833.
