New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of Cornwall’s restaurants, cafes or canteens, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

Yallah Kiosk, at Unit 2, Court Arcade, Wharf Road, St Ives was handed a four-out-of-five rating after assessment on October 31.

And Trennick Mill, at Trennick, Malpas Road, Truro, Cornwall was given a score of three on October 31.

It means that of Cornwall's 1,611 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 1,281 (80%) have ratings of five and just three have zero ratings.
