A member of Cornwall Wildlife Trust’s photographic group has won best ‘Urban Wildlife’ picture at the British Wildlife Photography Awards. Geoff Trevarthen of Launceston, a member of the photo group for many years, seized an opportune moment to capture the ‘Supermarket Starling’ which took this prestigious award.
The Cornwall Wildlife Trust Photographic Group meet regularly at the Trust’s headquarters, Five Acres Nature Reserve in Allet, just outside Truro.
