Environment Agency flood warnings throughout South East and North Cornwall remain in place as heavy rain continues to sweep the county.
Yellow ’be prepared’ flood alerts are still in place for the River Lynher, the length of the River Tamar, all North Cornwall rivers and the St Austell and Par rivers.
The Met Office said: ’We are continuing to monitor the situation.’
The worst of the rainfall has hit further east, but more rain is forecast for Cornwall over the next 24 hours.
