Three firefighters are to host their own radio show broadcasting music, features and advice to hospital patients across Cornwall.

‘The Truro Fire Takeover’ on CHBN radio 100.8FM will broadcast live from studios based at Treliske, Royal Cornwall Hospital Trust.

Hospital patients across the county will be able to hear from the experts about home, road and community safety as well as enjoy discussion, music and features when firefighters Andrew, John and James (Jimbo) from Cornwall Fire and Rescue and Community Safety Service take to the airwaves. 

They will be hosting five two-hour shows every Friday in March, starting on March 2, from 8pm to 10pm.
