A terminally-ill woman has set off on a journey to sail around the UK raising money for charity.

Josie Phillips, 27, who was brought up in Calstock and now lives in Norwich, has a malignant brain tumour which was diagnosed in 2008.

Despite this, she set about planning the epic sail with her husband Roger which will see them cover 2,000 miles around Britain.
