This week the Cornish Times has two Recipes of the Week, each creating a flavour of Japan using sauces created by the YO! fresh Japanese street food and sushi restaurants chain.
The first recipe, for Barbecue Yakitori Chicken, is inspired by an absolute staple dish in traditional izikayas (Japanese pubs) and is bound to impress your barbecue guests.
The second recipe is for Salmon Teriyaki and will bring a sweet and sour flavour to your usual Friday night fish supper.
