CAMILLA, the Duchess of Cornwall, will be celebrating her 66th birthday in Lostwithiel next week.
The duchess is visiting Devon and Cornwall along with Prince Charles for three days from Monday.
Camilla celebrates her birthday on Wednesday and will be visiting Parade Square in Lostwithiel, where she will meet, accompanied by Prince Charles, schoolchildren, members of the local community and the Lostwithiel Town Band.
The band will play Happy Birthday to the duchess who will also be presented with a birthday cake which she will then cut. Earlier on her birthday, Camilla will visit the restored Duchy Palace in the town and, together with Prince Charles, will unveil a plaque.
The duchess will then go to the Lostwithiel Drill Hall to meet representatives of three of the charities she supports – the Cornwall Air Ambulance, ShelterBox and the Cornwall Community Foundation.
Prince Charles and Camilla will then visit the refurbished Stratton Community Hospital. Later in the day, the duchess will tour the Children's Hospice South West Little Harbour Hospice at St Austell.
The last engagement of the day for the royal couple will be a reception at Lostwithiel to celebrate the 40th anniversary of the Cornwall Crafts Association.
On the Tuesday, the royal visitors will be going to the fishing port of Brixham in Devon. The duchess will also be visiting Exeter.
