There was an exhibition in Stuart House, Liskeard recently by the Plymouth Dolls House Club. It was a splendid display with great variety and imagination in the exhibits and involved exceptional skill in creating them. Amongst them were a garden and a Sultan on a couch in his tent.

Larger scenes were group projects. One depicted 'A Day at the Seaside' with a beach in the foreground and the promenade behind with an ice cream cart, shops and a clock above an archway.

In the other ground floor room were scores of dolls of all varieties. They were also very well designed and made and were the work of Jeannette Pelly of Tremar Coombe and were for sale.
