Children from Dobwalls Primary School have been celebrating Harvest this past week with a number of events and charitable programmes.

As part of the celebrations, children from Year One to Year Six visited Dobwalls Church and met with Reverend Andy. Kathryn Pipe, Headteacher at the school said: “Children in Year One to Year Six visited Dobwalls Church for a brilliant Harvest.

“A huge thank you to Rev Andy and all at Dobwalls Church for welcoming us for Harvest and providing a time to reflect. We had a wonderful time!”

Children have also been collecting donations to aid those in need, Kathryn Pipe explained: “We collected donations for the Liskeard Foodbank and were so delighted to reach an overflowing trolley! Thank you to one and all.”
