PLYMOUTH have their sights set on securing a place in the top four of the National League if they take maximum points from a home win over Buxton at the St Boniface Arena this evening (7.30 pm).
The Devils make one change from the side that beat King's Lynn last Friday, with Danny Stoneman returning at reserve in place of Josh Dingle, who will be in Cardiff attending a practice session for tomorrow's British Grand Prix. Fifteen-year-old Dingle is one of the young riders to figure in a series of stars of demonstration races before the main event.
A switch in the Plymouth line-up sees Matt Bates promoted to the main part of the team in place of David Gough, who drops to reserve.
Buxton will be spearheaded by former Exeter Premier League rider Lee Smethills and Australian Scott James, with the main support coming from skipper Gareth Isherwood, New Zealander Jade Mudgway and Danny Hodgson.
