League leaders Rodney A visited the Notter Bridge, and after four games it was two-all. However, the leaders the took control and won the remaining six games. Rodney took the team games 2-1 but Gary Rhodes levelled for Notter, beating John Fluhrer 2-1. Wins for Rodney's Paul Ferris, John Cook, Mike Fluhrer, Norman Yarde and Dave and John Callaghan gave them an 8-2 victory.

SWMC B played host to Tideford RBL. They started well, taking all three team games and followed this with five singles through Syd King, Darren Ware, Albert Harris, Eddie Maton and Dennis Briggs. Legion took two through Dave Hooper and Peter Bray to go down 8-2.

Rodney B kept up their recent good run trouncing visitors Coryton Arms 9-1. Rodney B took all three team games and then six singles through Peter Matten, Brian Gray, Terry Rapson, Vic Carpenter, Des Bunney and Robbie Oak. Bill Bock gained Coryton's line point, beating Steve Collins 2-0.

Callington CC had Ploughboy as their visitors. Cricket Club started well, taking the team games. They followed this with five singles through Andy Barriball, Ian Webber, Geoff Craven, Bernard Pridham and Robbie Liddicott. Ploughboy took two through Glos Yeo and Eddy Curtis and went down 8-2.
