Two members of staff at the Royal Cornwall Hospitals Trust have set themselves a 1000km challenge to raise money for the RCHT Charity.
Adam Wheeldon, deputy director of finance, and Kate Plunkett-Reed, deputy directorate manager, surgical services, have challenged themselves to each cycle for 24 hours on their road bikes set up on turbo trainers for charity.
At 8am on March 2, the pair will start their 24 hours of cycling. They hope to complete just over 1000km which is the equivalent of cycling the Cornish Coast Line.
