Entering unknown territory, a second round Issac Foot tie, St. Neot took on a Wernngton team containing a mixture of first, second and a dash of third teamers.

After some tight bowling early on and some explosive batting at the end Werrington made 140 for 5 in their allotted 20 overs. St. Neot, not a team to be overawed made a valiant effort in their run chase. With some steady batting and keen running between the wickets the Taverners ended their 20 overs at 114 for 7.
