Tricky winds in Looe Bay saw Laser helm Richard Vasey, despite having led for most of the race, get pipped to the post due to a wind-shift to the north west up the last beat.

This left an opening for top gun Ben Crabb to romp to yet another victory, while Peter Greenwood claimed the third podium spot.
