A COUNCILLOR is highlighting the fact that dozens of empty council garages are available to rent in South East Cornwall.

Armand Toms, the Cornwall councillor for the East Looe and St Martins ward, says that the availability of more than ten such garages in Looe is good news.

He believes renting a garage could ease parking problems for some people in the town.
