SOUTH West Water pleaded guilty before Cornwall magistrates to contravening an environmental permit condition.
The company admitted between September 2015 and February 2017 at Landrake Waste Water Treatment that four samples of the discharge contained more than 5mg/l of ammonia and a further five samples contained more than 30mg/l of suspended solids.
The case was adjourned for sentence to Plymouth Magistrates Court on November 22.
