Staff at Penryn-based donkey sanctuary, The Flicka Foundation, welcomed a new arrival over the weekend, when Lottie the rescued donkey delivered a healthy baby boy in the early hours of Friday morning. Lottie was in foal when she arrived.

The charity has launched a competition to give the little boy foal a name.
