Two classic tales are coming up at Cornwall’s unique open-air moorland theatre.
The acclaimed professional touring company Illyria have a history of sell-out success at Sterts, the covered amphitheatre at Upton Cross, between Liskeard and Launceston.
Their new production of Gilbert and Sullivan’s spoof of Gothic haunted house tales, Ruddigore, visits on August 5.
A classic adventure of a very different sort brings trains, boats, romance, sword fights – and maybe even an elephant.
On August 9, Boxtree present a new version of the musical version of Around the World in 80 Days, in which Phileas Fogg and his valet Passepartout tackle once again that breathless journey around the globe against the clock.
